I moved into my apartment at 7 Pines a few days after I moved to Enid. I knew that I would be getting married shortly, and it was important to me to have an apartment where I felt my family would be safe. I definitely found that in 7 Pines. The manager of 7 Pines was so kind to work with me in any way she could. My neighbors were the closest thing to family that we had in 700 miles, and it was so wonderful to see friendly faces every time we came home. I could go on for quite some time about the convenience of the apartments all being one story, the professionalism of the maintenance staff, and the overall quality of 7 Pines. 7 Pines was a wonderful first place to live, and I would definitely make the decision to live there again.
Joey Smith-Vance Air Force Base I have lived at 7 Pines Village since 1996. I have never had a problem that management has not corrected as soon as possible. Thanks 7 Pines for making me feel so well cared for and making this a great place to live.
Dorothy Lambert I am a former home owner and have lived at Seven Pines Village for 5 years. This was the best choice I have ever made. The management is wonderful and they take excellent care of the grounds, apartments and the tenants. I absolutely love living there. It is like a quaint little village.

My husband, my dog and I moved to Enid in August, 2007. We quickly learned that GOOD rentals were very hard to come by. We were fortunate to have been able to secure a unit at 7 Pines Village. We are very happy at 7 Pines Village. We became empty-nesters with new jobs and our unit has been perfect for us. We have met several of our neighbors and all of them are very nice. I can't say enough about our manager. She absolutely tries her best to accommodate all of our problems and concerns as quickly and efficiently as she can. I would recommend 7 Pines Village to anyone.
Sherri Kerns 7 Pines Village is a home not an apartment. We can cook out and walk the complex and know we are safe. If there are problems, the manager does her best to make them go away. She'll call a plumber, replace broken appliances and put in clean filters regularly in the furnace. I enjoy her candor and wit. Sometimes it is calls at 3 AM that tests her patience but she has really made this complex welcoming and fun. On Saturdays, on her day off, we'll see her cleaning the flower gardens. She does want all of her tenants happy. That is why I don’t want to ever move because I know they really care.
