Utilities
 
Tenants have 72 hours from lease signing to have utilities put in their name.
 
 
7 Pines Village Policies -

Parking: Please park in your assigned parking spaces. Guests are welcome to park along the street curb.
 
Driving Through the Community: Please take your time and drive carefully throughout the property. A little extra caution helps keep everyone safe.
 
Pets: For the safety and comfort of all residents, please keep dogs on a leash whenever they are outside. If a dog is found off a leash, Animal Control may be contacted.
 
Pet Cleanup: Thank you for helping keep our community clean by picking up after your pets whenever walking them throughout the property.
 
Front Porches: We appreciate residents helping us keep front porches neat, clean, and free of excess items.
 
Back Porches: Back porches may be used for personal storage. We simply ask that items remain neat, organized, and well maintained.
 
Firewood: If you keep firewood, please store it neatly on your back porch and leave a little space between the wood and the apartment siding.
 
Water Hoses: After using a water hose, please disconnect it from the hydrant, roll it up, and store it neatly on your back porch.
 
Keeping Our Community Clean: Please place trash and cigarette butts in the appropriate receptacles rather than leaving them on the ground.
 
Dumpster Areas: Please keep the areas around the dumpsters accessible. Avoid parking near them.
 
Noise & Consideration: Please be mindful of your neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level, particularly during the evening and nighttime hours.
 
Quiet Hours: Our community's quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am. Please be mindful of noise during this time.
 
Respecting Our Neighbors: We ask everyone to be considerate of their neighbors' privacy and enjoyment of their homes.
 
Appliances: For everyone's safety, we ask that residents remain in their apartment while the dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer is operating.
 
Satellite Dishes: To maintain the appearance of the property, satellite dishes are not permitted on the property.
 
Garage Sales: Garage and yard sales are not permitted on the property.
 
We appreciate everyone's help in keeping 7 Pines Village clean, safe, and enjoyable for all residents.
 
We require a $20.00 non-refundable application fee in the form of cash or money order at the time the application is turned in.
